As a coach, we will focus on the game of life and teach you how to play it effectively. We will engage in a number of activities that build “Thought Muscles” allowing you to gain clarity and focus. As psychotherapists, we will use a powerful conscious forgiveness process to help you harness the power of the subconscious mind in reshaping your thoughts and creating the reality you want to see.

Week 1

We introduce the Safe and Sound Protocol, a therapy that uses specially filtered music to regulate the autonomic nervous system and stimulate the vagus nerve. This enhances auditory processing and improves social connection.

Week 2-7

Next, you will move through a psychotherapeutic process guided by the Becoming Method™. Your therapists will help you release pent-up emotions using a powerful conscious forgiveness process, creating calm & peace.

Week 10-16

In this phase of the healing process, our focus shifts to providing you with the tools and resources needed for sustained growth and transformation. Seven coaching sessions will support and guide you towards holistic well-being and self-discovery.

Week 8
3-Day Training Retreat

Our 3-day in-person training retreat is an immersive and transformative experience carefully crafted to establish a powerful ethos within the program — one centered around compassionate empathy and the relentless pursuit of balance and connection.

Each day commences with contemplative practices, such as meditation, journaling, affirmative prayer, or invigorating movement exercises. These serve as a resolute foundation, preparing participants for a dynamic blend of enlightening teachings, introspective exercises, small group collaborations, and other experiential dimensions of healing work. We believe in empowering every client with knowledge we have so you can maintain your health and wellbeing.
