As we forgive it is best to treat the process like an investigation. Dr. Joan provides detailed instructions that allow you to put on your Sherlock Holmes hat as you examine the moments, and people that wounded you.


Forgiving & Release
Forgiveness helps us to understand how we want love to show up especially in the moments we were wounded. It helps us to have compassion as we notice the patterns our family members, friends, and colleagues are stuck in.


Pray
Forgiveness is a prayer spoken out loud. We pray first for the one who wounded us and then for ourselves. The most important prayer is the one that breaks forever the negative thought patterns, destructive speech symbolism, and behaviours that keep us stuck in a toxic loop.
