WELCOME TO BECOMING INSTITUTE INC.

Home of the Becoming Method™

We are honoured to welcome you to the Becoming Institute Inc.—a sanctuary of healing, transformation, and truth. Since our founding in 2016, our mission has remained unwavering: to support individuals, families, and communities in ending traumatic responses and reclaiming a life of purpose, peace, and wholeness.

At the heart of our work lies The Becoming Method™️—a pioneering, evidence-informed therapeutic process grounded in over 20 years of clinical research, epigenetic science, and deep spiritual wisdom. Developed by Dr. Joan Samuels-Dennis, the Becoming Method™️ offers a structured path through the natural stages of healing—Truth, Forgiveness, and Reconciliation—and helps clients move from surviving trauma to thriving in alignment with their highest self.

The Becoming Method™️ is more than a therapy technique—it is a journey. As you work with us, you will begin to shed inherited pain, release limiting beliefs, and reconnect with the deepest truth of who you are. Our process helps you make a powerful internal declaration: “I know who I am. I know my why.”

You’ll be supported every step of the way—mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually—as you move through a structured healing process informed by the latest research in trauma recovery, polyvagal theory, and the science of consciousness.
