When asked to identify signs of mental illness, employees report irritability and withdrawal (31.58%), anxiety (26.32%), and stress and overwhelm (15.79%) as the most common symptoms experienced as they move through their workday. What Will My Employees Receive for Completing the Program?

Our Corporate partners and clients recognize the Becoming Method Certification as the gold-standard in healing, trauma, and recovery.

Each employee or team member who completes the Becoming Method Workplace Program will receive both a physical and digital certificate. This certificate confirms full completion of the program and represents a full understanding of the material, knowledge, and tools included in the Becoming Method ™.

This knowledge can be applied to their work at your organization, within their personal lives, and beyond.This certification also indicates successful completion of Level One of the Becoming Institute Certification ™ and employees are welcome to continue on to level two at any point, should they choose.

How and What Will my Employees Learn?

First, your employees will learn the fundamentals of self-health. Often, workplace toxicity, low productivity and high turnover stem from unresolved and unexamined issues by a few or many members of a team. Learning the fundamentals of self-health will empower your staff to escape denial about their role in creating a low-performance work environment while teaching them the fundamentals of psychology, trauma, and trauma-based responses.

Then, they will develop an understanding of Mindful Fitness and The Becoming Method ™ as it relates to them as individuals and as a part of your wider ethos.
